1. About These Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Nestguard website at nestguard.club and the booking of any programme offered by Nestguard, registered at 267 Phetchaburi Road, Ratchathewi, Bangkok 10400, Thailand.

By using our website or registering for a session, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or register for our programmes.

2. Nature of Our Services

Nestguard provides educational information workshops on retirement and pension systems in Thailand. Our programmes are intended to help participants understand publicly available information about how national and workplace retirement structures generally work, and how to organise relevant personal records.

Our services are strictly educational and informational in nature. Nothing presented during our workshops, in our reading materials, or on our website constitutes:

• – Financial advice, investment advice, or regulated financial services
• – Legal advice or legal representation
• – Tax planning or tax advice
• – Individual entitlement assessments or benefit calculations specific to your personal situation

Participants who require personalised professional advice are encouraged to consult a suitably qualified and licensed professional in the relevant field.

3. Registration and Booking

To attend a Nestguard programme, you must submit an enquiry or registration request via our website contact form or by email. Attendance is confirmed only once we have sent a written confirmation to you.

Prices shown on our website are per-person (or per-organisation where indicated) and are in Thai Baht (฿). Prices are subject to change; the price confirmed at the time of your booking applies.

• Retirement-System Orientation Seminar: ฿3,740 per person
• Document Organisation Workshop: ฿7,140 per person
• Group Information Programme for Employers: ฿11,560 per organisation

4. Payment

Payment instructions will be provided in your booking confirmation. Full payment is required before attendance unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in writing.

Nestguard reserves the right to decline or cancel a booking if payment is not received in accordance with the agreed terms.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellation by you: If you need to cancel a confirmed booking, please notify us in writing as early as possible. Cancellations received more than 7 days before the session date will receive a full refund. Cancellations received within 7 days of the session date will not be eligible for a refund; however, we will offer the option to transfer your place to a future session where availability allows.

Cancellation or rescheduling by Nestguard: If we need to cancel or reschedule a session, we will give as much notice as possible. In these cases, you may choose a full refund or a transfer to another date.

6. Conduct and Attendance

All participants are expected to engage respectfully with facilitators and fellow attendees. Nestguard reserves the right to ask any participant to leave a session if their conduct disrupts the session for others. No refund will be issued in such circumstances.

Recording of sessions by participants — whether audio or video — is not permitted without prior written consent from Nestguard.

7. Materials and Intellectual Property

All workshop materials, including reading packs, checklists, folder templates, and presentation slides, are provided for the personal or internal use of attending participants only. They may not be reproduced, redistributed, or adapted for commercial purposes without written permission from Nestguard.

Materials provided during the Employer Programme may be used internally within the booking organisation for non-commercial staff communication purposes.

8. Limitation of Liability

Nestguard's workshops are educational in nature. We make every effort to present information that is accurate and sourced from publicly available official sources at the time of delivery. However, we do not make any warranty as to the completeness or ongoing accuracy of the information provided, as legislation and official guidance may change.

To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, Nestguard shall not be liable for any loss or damage — direct, indirect, or consequential — arising from reliance on information presented in our workshops or materials.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation.

9. Website Use

Our website is provided for general informational purposes. While we work to keep information current, we do not guarantee that the website is always accurate, complete, or free from errors. We reserve the right to change the content of the website without notice.

Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience only. Nestguard is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes arising from these terms or from your use of our services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our website after any change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend checking this page periodically.
